  1. Our vehicles come with no warranty and no right of return. You are free to bring a mechanic or specialist with you to assess the vehicle.
  2. Without a deposit, there is no agreement.
  3. Import and registration in the destination country is at the buyer's expense and risk. So please inform yourself in advance. We can always provide scans of the available documents upon request.
  4. Payment must be made by bank transfer or debit card. The money must be visible in our account upon collection. In the case of intra-Community delivery, payment must be made from the correct business bank account.
  5. Pickup of purchased vehicles: please provide at least 2 business days' notice, including the driver's name. ID must be presented upon pickup.
  6. Pick-up period: Your purchase agreement specifies a final payment and pick-up date. If the purchased vehicle has not been picked up and paid for in full by this date, you will lose your right to purchase and forfeit your entire deposit. If the vehicle remains on our premises beyond the agreed date, we will charge €200 excl. VAT per week for storage costs.
  7. The VAT deposit for deliveries outside the EU will only be paid out if the relevant EX.A customs declaration has the status 'outgoing confirmed'. Or with
    a correct Bill of Lading. No other forms of proof will be accepted.
  8. In the event of cancellation of a purchase agreement, we will charge 15% of the net invoice amount, with a minimum of €1,000.

  5. Collection of purchased vehicles: please notify us at least 2 business days in advance with the name of the driver. ID must be shown upon collection.
  6. Collection period: your purchase agreement states a final payment and collection date. If the purchased vehicle has not been collected and paid for in full after this date, you will lose the right to purchase and you will lose the full deposit. If the vehicle is parked longer than the agreed date, we will charge 200 euros excl. VAT storage costs per week.
  7. Deposit for VAT for deals outside the EU will only be paid if the relevant EX.A customs declaration has the status 'confirmed exit'. Or with a correct Bill of Lading. All other forms of proof will not be accepted.
  8. In case of cancellation of a purchase agreement, we will charge 15% of the net invoice amount with a minimum of 1,000 euros.

  6. Pickup deadline: Your purchase agreement specifies a final payment and pickup date. If the purchased vehicle is not picked up and paid for in full by this date, your purchase claim will expire and the entire deposit will be forfeited. If the vehicle remains at
    beyond the agreed date, we will charge €200 plus VAT per week for storage costs.
  7. The VAT deposit will only be paid out for deliveries outside the EU if the corresponding EX.A customs declaration has the status "Confirmed exit." Or with a correct bill of lading. No other forms of proof will be accepted.
